I am an evolutionary ecologist broadly interested in resource allocation and life history trade offs in insects. I completed my PhD in Luc Bussiere’s lab thinking about questions related to resource allocation and sexual selection in dance flies. I am currently a post-doc in Toronto working jointly with Shannon McCauley and Locke Rowe studying how environmental stressors (e.g. food availability, high salinity, predation/cannibalism risk) influence life history trade-offs associated with behaviour and physiology.
